A fun, structured six-week introduction to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for children aged 3–5. Every Monday & Wednesday, from 16:00-16:30.
Designed specifically for preschool children, Jiu Jitsu Tots™ develops confidence, balance, coordination and listening skills through engaging games and age-appropriate martial arts activities. Every child receives expert coaching in a safe, welcoming environment, with classes delivered by the Tōukon Academy® in Bedford.

A Different Kind of First Activity
Jiu Jitsu Tots™ is a six-week programme created especially for children aged 3–5 years.
Since 2013, we’ve helped young children build confidence, coordination and important life skills through fun, structured martial arts classes designed specifically for their age and stage of development.
Each session combines movement, games and simple Brazilian Jiu Jitsu techniques in a safe, positive environment where every child can learn, grow and enjoy being active.

What Happens After Six Weeks?
Each six-week programme is delivered as a complete learning block.
At the end of the course, parents are invited to enrol their child onto the next six-week programme should they wish to continue. This approach allows families the flexibility to continue at their own pace while ensuring every new programme begins with an up-to-date registration.
Your child’s place is confirmed once registration has been completed and payment has been received.
Before You Attend
All children are required to wear a Jiu Jitsu kimono (uniform) and belt during class. Click here is you would like to hire one for the duration of the course.
